Basic cleaning:

In all rooms:

– wiping doors and door leaves 

– gathering clothes and folding them on a surface

– folding of all items on the workplace

– dusting (up to the cleaners’ height)

– dusting everywhere (on wardrobes, air conditioners) using a strong surface or ladder (client)

– wiping all light weight objects and underneath (figurines, photo frames)

– polishing of all glass surfaces and mirrors

– stain removal to visible effect

– cleaning and coating of all handles, switches, sockets

– lamp wiping

– washing chair structures and furniture bases

– wiping window sills 

– vacuuming (using your vacuum cleaner) and wiping the heating battery

– vacuuming furniture (using your vacuum cleaner)

– wiping the floor strips

– vacuuming (using your vacuum cleaner) and mopping floors 

– emptying rubbish bins 

 

Living rooms:

– making the bed

– vacuuming (using your vacuum cleaner) and mopping under the bed

– garbage picking 

– wiping appliances

– emptying and washing bins (polishing if necessary)

– wiping pots

 

Kitchen:

– wiping the fridge (external parts)

– up to 10 min. dishwashing (free)

– washing the sink and folding the dishes 

– cleaning the hood (external parts)

– cleaning the cooker

– cleaning the tiles around the stove and sink

– cleaning of locker doors 

– cleaning the external parts of kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, toaster, multicooker, kettle, etc.)

– washing the garbage place (floor, door), emptying the trash bins, leaving a clean bag with our brand

– wiping the countertop

– wiping the dining table

 

Bathroom:

– cleaning water plaque off glasses, containers and bowls 

– soap dish washing

– gathering and folding clothes on a horizontal surface (washing machine)

– washing the walls of the shower cabin

– cleaning the tiles at the sink and the bathtub

– washing the bathtub and wiping it dry

– washing the sink and under it 

– washing and wiping of water taps

– wiping the washing machine

 

Toilet:

– disinfection of WC

– wiping the water drain button and all handles

– washing bidet, polishing taps

The cleaning subscription is valid for 30 days at one address only. Unused cleanings will disappear.

What is the price of cleaning the apartment?

The cost of cleaning an apartment depends on the number of rooms, the size of the space, the degree of congestion and dirtiness of the space and other factors. The price of cleaning an apartment in Prague starts from 550 CZK.

What is subscription cleaning?

It is a subscription to a regular cleaning service that includes a minimum of 2 cleanings per month. Subscriptions can include additional services. It is 25% cheaper than a one-off cleaning.

What are additional services?

On the website, there are services that are performed within a certain type of cleaning (regular, basic, general, etc.). However, there is also a list of services that aren’t included in the package, such as washing windows and dishes, ironing, etc. These services are called additional services and are ordered and paid for separately.

How to find out the total cost of cleaning?

How long does cleaning take?

Cleaning time depends on several factors: the number of rooms, the degree of dirtiness and congestion of the premises, and the size of the object. The type of cleaning also affects the duration. Normal cleaning takes 2 to 4 hours, basic cleaning takes 3 to 7 hours, cleaning after a fire can take several days.

How to book a cleaning service?

Can I reschedule cleaning?

Yes. Cleaning can be rescheduled, but it is better to inform 2 hours before the cleaner arrives.

How do we guarantee a refund?

Payment for cleaning is made after the cleaning has been carried out. You can check the quality of the cleaning and immediately ask the cleaning lady to fix any problems. If the cleaning services are provided while you are away from home, we guarantee to refund the full amount, 50% (if the job is partially completed) and offer a discount for the next cleaning.

How to calculate the general cleaning price

General deep cleaning in Prague is usually calculated individually, requiring a pre-assessment of the volume of work or a visit to the location by a master. 

As a rule, we ask the client to send us photos or a video of the flat/house to provide an exact price per 1m². However, if you don’t have this option, we recommend using the table of approximate price rankings to calculate the price for cleaning separately.

How to calculate the cost of cleaning after a renovation

Cleaning after a renovation needs a preliminary assessment of the volume of work or the arrival of the foreman on location. 

As a rule, we ask the client to send us photos or a video of the apartment/house to provide an exact price, but you can use the table below to calculate the cost yourself.

Summary 

  1. Private individuals don’t have any ranking of cleaning or additional services, they only clean what they find appropriate and at “agreed prices”.
  1. Cleaning costs in some competitors are slightly lower than ours. As a rule, they set low prices for cleaning in the home, but charge separately for other services, which makes another 20-30% of the total price. Another thing: some of them don’t have a clear level of control, training, training of cleaning ladies, customer care and compensation in case of bad cleaning
  1. One-time professional household cleaning costs 800 CZK + additional services, which cost around 125/180/230 CZK. One single cleaning in total will cost about 1335 CZK. However, if you purchase a subscription for 2 cleanings per month, then one cleaning, which includes 3 additional services, will only cost you 750 CZK.

The result: when you purchase a subscription, you save 585 CZK per cleaning.
