The table prices are for a one-off clean of a smaller or normally used flat. If the flat is big or very dirty, or it’s a family house, a team of 3 cleaners comes for 1,500 CZK/h, and each extra cleaner costs 400 CZK/h. We bill the hours actually worked; the minimum order is 3 team hours (4,500 CZK), and we estimate the price from the floor area and photos. Roughly 100 m² and up is priced individually. Windows are charged separately, per window. Prices exclude VAT.

Moving out of a rented flat in Prague? An end-of-tenancy clean gets the flat ready for the handover to your landlord or agent. We clean to the checklist above: kitchen, bathroom and every room, floors, doors and window sills. Tell us in advance what your landlord will check (the oven, the fridge inside, the windows), and we’ll add those items as additional services, priced separately: inside the oven 270 CZK, inside the fridge 180 CZK (380 CZK with food), windows from 180 CZK per window with a clean. You pay only after the clean; if you notice something we missed, contact us within 3 days and we’ll offer a fix: a free re-clean, a partial refund or a discount on your next clean.
Before the handover:
- empty the fridge and cupboards;
- tell us about stains or damage you know of;
- leave us the keys or an access code;
- book the clean for the day after you move your things out.
